Vertigo (stylised as vertigo) is the debut studio album by Irish musician Eden, released on January 19, 2018 through his own label MCMXCV and distributed by Astralwerks. It was produced, mixed and recorded in New York, Los Angeles and Dublin. The album was supported by a world tour. The entire album, in a way, is about small moments and how sometimes they can feel absolutely, monstrously big, like making a mountain out of a molehill.

Released 19th January, vertigo came with 10 brand new songs. Prior to the release, EDEN also hosted an album screening in New York. EDEN said the following to Atwood Magazine in relation to vertigo.

Vertigo (stylized as VERTIGO) is the upcoming debut studio album by Irish musician EDEN, releasing on 19 January 2018 through his own label MCMXCV and being distributed by Astralwerks. The album was informally introduced by the release of the single "start//end" on 28 September 2017 accompanied by a music video. The album's lead single, "gold", was released on 10 November 2017 alongside the album's official release date and shows for the 2018 Vertigo World Tour.

EDEN was making waves in the world of electronic music long before he was featured in our Artists to Watch in 2018 list, but with his debut album vertigo being scheduled for release just one month after our list went up, we really couldn’t have picked a more opportune time to highlight the Irish entalist. The album is EDEN’s first project since 2016’s i think you think too much of me EP (which contained the Lorde-supported single sex )
